Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of our customers, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please carefully review your order details, including the size, shape, and design, before completing your purchase.

The only exception is if the size is not the right fit. You may request a size exchange within 1–2 days of receiving your nails. The nail set must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Please note that all return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
