How to Prep Your Nails

Proper nail preparation is the key to long-lasting wear. Follow these simple steps before applying your Tianails press-on nails.

STEP 1: Cut Your Natural Nails

Cut your natural nails as short as possible. This creates the best fit and prevents your natural nails from showing underneath your press-on nails.

STEP 2: Push Back Your Cuticles

Use the cuticle stick to gently push back your cuticles. This exposes more of the nail plate, allowing your press-on nails to adhere better.

STEP 3: Trim Excess Cuticles

Carefully remove any loose or excess cuticles using the cuticle trimmer. A clean nail surface helps create a stronger, longer-lasting bond.

STEP 4: Buff Your Nails

Lightly buff the entire nail surface using the nail buffer. Be sure to buff every corner and edge until all natural shine is removed. This creates the ideal surface for maximum adhesion.

STEP 5: Dehydrate Your Nails

Thoroughly clean each nail with an alcohol wipe to remove oils, dust, and moisture. Once your nails are clean, avoid touching your nails or any other surfaces before applying your press-on nails. This helps ensure the strongest possible hold.

PRO TIP

Proper nail prep makes all the difference. Spending just a few extra minutes preparing your nails can significantly improve adhesion and help your Tianails press-on nails last longer.
